In response, the government should increase support for infrastructure development in enterprise cold-chain logistics, while enterprises, in turn, should intensify research and development of refrigeration technologies, enhance the performance and operational reliability of cold-storage facilities and refrigerated vehicles, and improve the integration capabilities of their logistics systems.

Technologies and equipment such as automated sorting, advanced thermal-insulation materials, green refrigeration systems, and autonomous vehicles can significantly improve operational efficiency, elevate food-safety standards, reduce workplace accidents, and ultimately lower transportation costs.
