“The right wind is blowing—now is the time to set sail; there’s no need to spur the horse—the horse will gallop on its own.” To consolidate and deepen the outcomes of the thematic education campaign on studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Mawei District has steadfastly emphasized in-depth study, meticulous comprehension, and practical application. To this end, the district organized an advanced training program on Party building in the new-employment and new-business sectors titled “Pooling Wisdom in Rongma, Uplifting the Entire Region,” which was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, from February 27 for a five-day off-site session. The training was personally led by Chen Xiang, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the District CPC Committee and Secretary of the District CPC Committee’s Commission for Work Related to the New-employment and New-business Sectors, and brought together 50 participants, including leaders in charge of Party building from various towns (subdistricts) and district-level Party (Work) Committees, Party affairs officials, secretaries of Party organizations from member units of the “Torch Vanguard” Party-building Think Tank, Party-member executives, and Party members in the new-employment and new-business sectors whose Party membership reaches a multiple of ten. The Party branch of Dongsheng Aquatic Products was honored to participate in this training as a member unit of the “Torch Vanguard” Party-building Think Tank. The program adopted a variety of formats, including classroom instruction, on-site visits to several model enterprises renowned for their exemplary Party building practices, ice-breaking activities among trainees, group discussions, and sessions for sharing personal insights. These components enabled participants to learn from best practices in Party building, enhance mutual understanding among Party organizations, strengthen collaboration, and pursue joint development and shared benefits, thereby further fostering a community of development driven by Party building. Overall, the training proved highly rewarding.
